Initial Consultation - Individual
During your initial consultation we will discuss your health and lifestyle, challenges and goals, and how you currently fuel yourself. As I begin to learn about you, I can provide you with relevant knowledge and practical advice. Fuelling your health and wellbeing!
Sports Nutrition Focus: If you are engaged in moderate to heavy training we can also discuss your current training and competition schedule, how you currently fuel yourself before, during and after training, and how to gradually build from where you are now towards your optimal fuelling plan. Fuelling your performance and safeguarding your health!
Initial Consultation - Family
Discussion of your family’s general health and lifestyle, challenges and goals, and how you currently fuel yourselves as a family. As I begin to learn about your family, I can provide you with relevant knowledge and practical advice.
Follow Ups
Is where the real progress happens. Some simply want the knowledge and guidance that comes with an initial consultation. Most do best with 2-3 follow ups. Others require the ongoing education, advice and support that comes with regular check-ins. What you choose is up to you.
For those requiring regular check-ins (ideal for those needing support with behaviour change, or those wanting to gain a solid understanding of nutrition and health) I can tailor session length and price to match your needs - just chat with me about it.
Guidance Sessions
Looking for quick, practical support? These are jam-packed sessions full of practical advice and guidance — at an affordable price. We will discuss your goals and challenges. Walk in with questions, walk out with answers.
Group Education Sessions

Holly is amazing! She gave an informative, interactive, and engaging presentation to the Otumoetai Intermediate Sports Academy. The kids learnt about the importance of good nutrition and a special emphasis was placed on sports nutrition. The kids learnt how to best fuel their bodies to ensure optimal performance. Holly gave heaps of awesome tips and meal ideas, that the students now put into practise. As a past athlete myself, and mum to four very active kids I took away a few gems too, and incorporated these changes in our daily lives.
