Hi, I’m Holly, an Associate Registered Nutritionist (NSNZ). I have a background in sports nutrition, exercise physiology, and health behaviour change, which I’ve applied in both the fitness industry and my nutrition practice.
As a mum of an active, growing family and someone who leads an active lifestyle myself, I understand first-hand the daily demands of fuelling well. My passions include health, sport, exercise, the outdoors, family, and helping people — all of which inspired me to create Jampacked.
‘Jampacked’ reflects my approach to nutrition: giving your body everything it needs to thrive. Like jam, my advice is simple to apply — but behind the scenes, it’s packed with science and personalisation. You’ll get advice that’s evidence-based, practical, tailored, and easy to follow, so you can feel confident in fuelling your life well.

Postgraduate Diploma in Health Sciences with Distinction (Human Nutrition), University of Otago
Bachelor of Physical Education (Exercise Prescription and Management), University of Otago
Former Personal Trainer (12+ years)
Tutor for future personal trainers, teaching anatomy, physiology, nutrition, strength and cardiovascular training, injury management, and support for people with diverse needs
